The Faculty of Foreign Languages was rated as the best faculty for the 2022-2023 academic year in terms of engagement in digitalization and digital ethics at the University of Tirana. This recognition was announced on October 18, 2023, as part of the research and evaluation conducted by the research team of the Faculty of Social Sciences, led by Prof. Majlinda Keta and supported by AKKSHI, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Mrs. Albana Tole, the Rector of UT, Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha, the Dean of FSHS, Prof. Dr. Edmond Rapti, the Director of AKKSHI, Mrs. Mirela Muça, the Director of QSHA, Erjeta Hysa, Prof. Dr. Kozeta Sevrani, many UT colleagues, students, and other guests.
This recognition by the FSHS research team for the Faculty of Foreign Languages, following a year of professional work and observation, is dedicated to the efforts of the Faculty’s staff and the IT team, including the IT&Web Specialist, MSc Dejan Kushta, whose expertise and professionalism in digital technologies have been instrumental in supporting the strategy to develop the capacities of academic staff, students, and administrative personnel at the Faculty of Foreign Languages over the past two years.
