ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility at the University of Poitiers (April 8-12, 2024)

✈️🇪🇺From April 8 to 12, 2024, I, Msc. Dejan Kushta, had the privilege of participating in an Erasmus+ mobility program at the University of Poitiers, France. As the IT and Web Specialist of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Tirana, this mobility offered a unique opportunity to engage with international peers, exchange ideas, and enhance collaboration on technology and education.📚

👨🏻‍🏫Accompanied by lecturers from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, our group aimed to present innovative projects from our faculty while learning from our colleagues abroad. The exchange focused on fostering relationships and sharing best practices, with an emphasis on how technology and educational environments can be enhanced.📝

🤝One of the highlights of the experience was the interaction with staff from various international institutions. These discussions provided insights into how different universities incorporate technological advancements into their operations and teaching. Together, we explored ideas on digitalization, e-learning platforms, and the role of IT in academic support.💻

💡In addition to knowledge exchange, the mobility program strengthened ties between the University of Poitiers and the University of Tirana, paving the way for future collaborations in academic and technological fields.🖥️
